Easitickets Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Easitickets! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Easitickets, whether as an event organizer or an attendee. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Easitickets is an app product developed, managed, and owned by Easi Technology Software and Services Limited. A registered Nigerian and American Software Company, headquarters in Victoria Island, Nigeria.

1. General Overview

Easitickets is a platform for event organizers to create, promote, distribute, and sell tickets while allowing attendees to purchase and access tickets digitally. Easitickets acts solely as a ticketing facilitator and is not responsible for the operations of any event listed on the platform.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

To use Easitickets, users must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.2 Account Termination

Easitickets reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or disrupts the integrity of the platform.

3. Event Organizers’ Responsibilities

All event listings must be accurate, truthful, and compliant with local laws.
Event organizers must honor ticket sales, event details, and refunds following their own policies.
Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or failure to deliver an advertised event may result in account suspension and legal action.

4. Ticket Purchases & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final, except where stated otherwise by the event organizer.
Easitickets does not process refunds directly unless explicitly mentioned in the event organizer’s policy.
Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may lead to account suspension.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

Use Easitickets for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
Engage in unauthorized ticket resale or scalping.
Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the Easitickets system.
Promote events that include hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

Violation of these policies may lead to account suspension, legal action, and permanent bans from Easitickets.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

Easitickets is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, or disputes between event organizers and attendees.
We do not guarantee event success, this is the responsibility of the event's organizer.
Users agree that Easitickets is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to event venue or transactions.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Easitickets respects user privacy and adheres to data protection laws.
By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments & Updates

Easitickets reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

1. Access to Advertising on Easitickets

Easitickets grants event organizers access to advertise their events directly on the Easitickets app, enabling them to reach a wider audience and increase event visibility. Organizers must comply with all advertising requirements and maintain professional standards.

2. Organizers’ Responsibilities

By advertising on Easitickets, event organizers agree to:

Sustain and maintain a good reputation among attendees and the public.
Ensure all advertised events are legitimate, accurately described, and professionally managed.
Abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing events in Nigeria.
Provide authentic and verifiable contact details for attendee inquiries.
Ensure all ticket sales and promotions align with the terms and conditions of Easitickets.

3. Prohibited Activities

Easitickets has zero tolerance for fraudulent or unethical activities. Event organizers must not:

Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind.
Misappropriate funds, promote fake events or engage in scamming practices.
Exploit, hack, manipulate, or attempt to compromise Easitickets systems.
Advertise events that promote violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or misinformation.
Attempt to divert ticket sales or business outside of Easitickets using unauthorized means.

4. Enforcement & Penalties

Easitickets reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any event organizer who violates this policy. Penalties for non-compliance include:

Immediate removal of advertisements and event listings.
Account suspension or permanent ban from using Easitickets.
Legal action where applicable under Nigerian law.
Reporting fraudulent activities to relevant government authorities.
